This strategic partnership integrates Sojern’s specialised digital marketing and guest experience solutions with Cloudbeds’ hospitality management system.

Sojern’s commission-based advertising model lets hoteliers boost direct bookings, with payment required only after a guest’s stay is completed.

The partnership also enhances guest experience tools for properties with multiple locations, leveraging both platforms’ features to refine customer segmentation and targeted marketing. This helps hotels increase guest loyalty and encourages repeat bookings.

Sojern’s AI-powered suite of guest experience tools are compatible with Property Management Systems (PMS) through the Connect API.

The tools are customised to the features of both all-in-one advertising and guest experience platforms to enhance customer segmentation.

The suite includes an AI smart concierge for real-time responses, a reputation manager to solicit feedback and improve online reviews, and a guest marketing suite for personalised promotions.

These tools aim to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty by leveraging data collection, and detailed analytics.
