AI-driven guest solutions provider Sojern has announced its integration with hospitality platform HotelKey.
The partnership connects Sojern’s guest experience platform with HotelKey’s property management system (PMS).
The combined solutions aim to solve hospitality challenges from streamlining housekeeping and maintenance to optimising labour management.
Customer Vista Investments has praised the AI concierge and reputation manager tools for producing “a personalised and exceptional guest experience.”
Sojern vice-president for the guest engagement platform Baskar Manivannan commented: “Hoteliers can now drive profitability with an AI-automated and personalised guest experience, increase guest satisfaction scores, generate ancillary revenue and promote direct bookings.”
HotelKey co-founder and president Aditya Thyagarajan added: “Our partnership not only simplifies operations but empowers hotels to deliver unparalleled satisfaction to guests.”
