Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbour, an independently branded property, has announced plans to open on December 15, 2023, in the US state of Florida.
The hotel will have 785 guest rooms, including 189 luxury Sunsuites, with one to three-bedroom layouts ranging from 875ft² to 1,700ft².
Each unit will feature a chef-grade kitchen, a spacious entertainment area, Sub-Zero/Wolf stainless steel appliances, as well as a private outdoor balcony.
Situated in Charlotte Harbour, this latest addition marks the first new-build resort with over 750 rooms to launch in Southwest Florida in more than 13 years.

By GlobalDataIt will provide 60,000ft² of meeting and conference space, with the convention area featuring two waterfront ballrooms, 12 meeting rooms, two executive boardrooms and an ideation suite.
Guests can dine at the resort’s seven stand-alone restaurants, two poolside options, eleven bars and lounges and a 25,000ft² food hall.
Additionally, the property’s 11 bars and lounges will serve a selection of wine, cocktails, local beer and tropical libations.
Among other amenities to be provided at the resort include a 7,100ft² fitness centre, a full-service spa and salon and an 18-hole golf course called Aileron.
It will also offer two pools, including a 21,000ft² adults-only rooftop retreat and a ground-level pool spanning 117,000ft².
The resort, located across 22 waterfront acres, is situated at 5500 Sunseeker Way in Charlotte Harbour and is a ten-minute drive from Punta Gorda Airport.
