Swiss-Belhotel International, a global hotel management group known for its rapid expansion, has recently signed an agreement with NIBS Resort Company Limited to manage the Swiss-Belinn Nairobi.
This marks Swiss-Belhotel International’s inaugural hotel operation in Africa and aligns with their strategic growth plans on the continent.
Nestled in Nairobi’s tranquil Kileleshwa neighbourhood, renowned for its lush greenery and peaceful ambience, the Swiss-Belinn Nairobi boasts 89 spacious rooms, nine fully equipped meeting rooms and a fitness centre.
The hotel offers an all-day dining restaurant and a charming rooftop bar, providing panoramic views of Nairobi’s skyline. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, guests can easily access the bustling Westlands district in a mere five minutes.
Notable presence at the agreement ceremony
Lizzie Wanyoike, a prominent Kenyan entrepreneur and founder of the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS), graced the signing ceremony with her presence, representing her family’s involvement in the collaboration.

Upcoming rebranding and promising growth
Swiss-Belhotel International is set to implement its international standards and enhancements, aiming for a complete rebranding of the Swiss-Belinn Nairobi by 15 January 2024.
