Terra, a real estate development company, has partnered with Sympatico Real Estate, owned by the Palm Beach-based Morrison family, to open Mr. C Hotel & Residences in Florida, as reported by HotelOnline.
The construction of the project is set to commence in early 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2026.

This 25-storey condominium hotel marks Terra’s first venture in the Palm Beach County market.
It is also the third property in South Florida for the Mr. C luxury brand established by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani.
It will join the two Miami properties, Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove hotel and Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, which are being developed by Terra.

Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is located at 320 Lakeview Avenue in downtown West Palm Beach along South Dixie Highway.
It will offer 110 rooms along with 146 branded residences, a Bellini restaurant and lounge and a rooftop pool deck offering views of Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
Douglas Elliman has been selected by Terra and Sympatico to manage the sales and marketing for the condominium segment of the project.
The residences will have one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 830ft² to 2200ft².
Additionally, select floor residents will have the option to participate in the property’s hotel rental programme.
The hotel amenities will include a Bellini café and restaurant, a ballroom, a lounge room, a Niche library, a rooftop pool, a lounge and a jacuzzi area complete with fully serviced cabanas.
Residents at the property will have access to amenities, including a fitness centre and spa, a co-working lounge centre, a yoga studio, a dog run, a Bocce court, a resort-style pool deck and more.
The hotel will be designed by architectural firm Arquitectonica, while Landscape Design Workshop will handle its landscaping.
Meanwhile, the interiors and amenity spaces will be designed by Meyer Davis in collaboration with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani.
