This event marked the conclusion of the International Hotel Technology Forum (IHTF) Europe 2025, which ran from 18th to 20th March.
For over 20 years, the IHTF has brought together leading hoteliers, experts, and innovators in hotel technology to explore the latest trends, challenges, and solutions shaping the hospitality industry.

NH Collection Hotels, in partnership with Alexa Smart Properties, received the award for their cutting-edge in-room technology, which uses voice control to provide convenience, comfort, and personalised service for guests. - Integrated Staff Operations Tech of the Year:
CitizenM & Aphy RPA BV
CitizenM Hotels and Aphy RPA BV were recognised for their advanced integrated staff operations technology, which improves efficiency and streamlines hotel management through robotic process automation. - Resort Tech Innovation of the Year:
Belmond
Belmond was honoured for their innovative resort technology, which enhances guest experiences through immersive technology that transforms every aspect of a resort stay.
The 2025 edition of the IHTF Europe also marked the first time the awards had been presented since the inaugural International Hotel Technology Awards Asia 2024, which took place in November of the previous year.
