Trilogy Hotels is set to commence operations for both Parramatta hotels next month.

The two properties will continue to be branded by Accor under a franchise agreement, which includes access to Accor’s distribution, marketing, and loyalty programmes.

Trilogy Hotels CEO Scott Boyes said: “We sincerely thank Frank and Wade for their continued faith in our team and model. We kickstart operations next month and look forward to helping realise the full potential of each asset, driving bottom-line performance and efficiencies by operating the four hotels together.”

Leura Gardens Resort, which recently underwent an extensive refurbishment last year, offers 93 rooms, multiple conference and events spaces, and substantial recreational facilities.

The resort will operate unbranded, capitalising on the established Leura Gardens name.

It is located near the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and Leura Golf Club, which are also part of the Schwartz network.

Trilogy Hotels has partnered with SiteMinder to provide a channel management solution, enabling direct bookings to the resort.

Boyes added: “It is not lost on Trilogy the importance of this hotel to Jerry and his family and we will be operating the hotel with this in mind.”

In May this year, Trilogy Hotels entered a management agreement with Panthers Group to oversee operations at the five-star Pullman Sydney Penrith in Australia.
