US-based hotel owner-operator MCR has purchased the privately-operated three-star hotel Inn of Naples located in Tamiami Trail North, Florida.
Plans are in place to convert the hotel to a Hilton Tapestry. The company will open the new Inn of Naples Hotel & Suites Tapestry by Hilton in August this year.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
MCR noted that the hotel will remain open during the time. It features 99 pet-friendly rooms and suites equipped with mini fridges and coffeemakers.
In addition, every guestroom and suite at the hotel offers private balconies.
The hotel offers a free daily grab and go breakfast, free high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness room, and heated outdoor pool with lounges and tables for dining al fresco.
