VAI Resort has announced the debut of its $1bn entertainment resort property in Arizona in 2024.
The 60-acre property will have a VAI stage worth $40m to hold live music and concerts.
VAI Global Development president and CEO Grant Fisher said: “Traveling has always been a passion of mine and it’s what inspired me to dream big. VAI Resort was born from my experiences exploring different parts of the world and wanting to bring this global perspective to my backyard.”

Upon its launch, VAI Resort is claimed to become the largest hotel resort destination in Arizona.
It will be located in Glendale, Arizona, in the centre of Metro Phoenix and claims to offer a multi-faceted experience.

By GlobalDataGuests will be able to select accommodations of their requirements as the resort comprises over 1,100 rooms, suites and villas spread across four distinct towers: Muse, Cadence, Rhythm and VAI Villas.
The hotel will feature a new multi-level, multi-functional live music and event area.
Furthermore, 160 Muse Tower guest suites with exclusive balconies will be transformed into ‘the best seats in the house’. The venue will be able to offer more than 8,000 fans an entertainment experience by creating several viewing options.
VAI will offer a 5-acre swimming oasis with temperature-controlled white sand beaches for its guests. Alongside the swimming area will also feature other amenities such as restaurants, a DJ booth, exclusive cabanas and a 16-person aerial bar.
