Valencia Hotel Group has announced the acquisition of two boutique hotels, Cavalry Court and The George, in College Station, Texas, US.

The purchase was supported by the company’s equity raise, which is said to be its largest-ever equity raise.

Valencia Hotel Group acquired a controlling interest in the properties from Harrison Street, an investment management company based in Chicago.

The latest move offers the group majority interest in all hotels under its management.
