Virga Capital, a US-based real estate investment and development firm, has announced the strategic acquisition of Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West in Idaho.

This deal, in partnership with Boise-based hotel management company Resolute Road Hospitality, marks the company’s first hospitality investment in Boise, highlighting its intention to broaden its presence in the Intermountain West region.

The 104-key Residence Inn boasts a prime location near Boise State University, Boise Towne Square Mall, Boise Airport, Downtown Boise, and Micron Technology.

Its extended-stay offerings and modern amenities are designed to meet the needs of both corporate and leisure travellers.
