Hotel portfolio operations platform Wrkspot has introduced a new contactless digital tipping feature that targets the growing need for cashless transactions.
The company’s software suite manages expenses and streamlines operations by integrating human resources, operations management, and communications.
It is also designed to assist managers in enhancing employee engagement.
The new feature is expected to offer guests the ease of tipping via a QR code located in an accessible place within each guestroom.
Transaction gateway Stripe Payment Processing manages tip transactions in real time.
Additionally, the Wrkspot platform provides hotel management with a view of all tips, giving them the option to distribute these tips through payroll or as cash payouts.
