Global hotel franchising company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced a partnership with the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) to foster hospitality management education.
The memorandum of understanding signed between the two companies focuses on providing students with practical industry exposure and aligning the academic curriculum with current hospitality standards.
Through this collaboration, Wyndham will contribute to the development of IIHM’s teaching and training methods.
The curriculum will be customised to meet the needs of the hospitality sector, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers. Industrial training programmes, facilitated by Wyndham, will offer students hands-on experience in the field.

Wyndham representatives will also engage with students directly by delivering guest lectures at IIHM. These sessions aim to provide insights into the latest trends and practices within the hospitality industry.
The partnership further extends to faculty development, with Wyndham providing operational exposure to IIHM’s teaching staff, thereby enhancing their teaching capabilities with knowledge of technologies and industry innovations.
