Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced a ten-year development relationship with residential hospitality management company Reside to expand its extended-stay footprint in the US.

This collaboration enhances Wyndham’s portfolio in the extended-stay segment, complementing its existing brands, namely ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham, Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham, and WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham.
Wyndham Residences are already established in international locations, including the United Arab Emirates and Greece.
Currently, open locations include Reside Seattle Downtown with 55 rooms and Reside Houston Downtown offering 79 rooms.
