Thirty-Nine 23 Management (39:23) has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Home2 Suites by Hilton in west Amarillo, Texas, in the US.

Currently, the hotel management company operates properties in Amarillo, including Tru by Hilton, Hyatt Place, My Place Hotels and My Place Hotel in Lubbock, Texas.

39:23 president Kevin Nelson said: “Home2 Suites is a great brand and this hotel is a high-performing property, both of which are really exciting.

“But what's even more exciting is all the great new people who will be joining the 39:23 team and helping us cultivate our people-centric culture.”

Situated right off Interstate 40, Home2 Suites features a range of pet-friendly rooms along with a restaurant.

Other amenities provided at the property include an indoor pool, a fitness facility and a business centre.

It is a 20-minute drive away from Palo Duro Canyon State Park.

Guests at the property can visit nearby attractions such as Harrington Regional Medical Complex, Cadillac Ranch and Westgate Mall.
