The upcoming hotel marks the second Wyndham hotel in the city and will feature approximately 55 rooms.
Table Bay Hotel at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront will be transformed into the new property.
The brand will add seven new properties in these regions, which will add an expected 605 rooms.

The $6.2m refurbishment has transformed both the interior and exterior of the hotel.
The company has been appointed by full-service commercial real estate company Goldenrod Companies.
