Accor has completed a franchise deal with Southeast European investor CG Resort for the Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro.
The luxurious five-star hotel featuring 144 rooms and 17 apartments, with each comprising a private balcony, is scheduled to open by the end of this year.
Pullman Kolašin Breza also features a spa, an indoor swimming pool, a wellness area, a ski room, an underground car park, two restaurants with a terrace, a lobby bar and meeting rooms, as well as a kids and teens club.
It is situated 80 km away from the Podgorica International Airport and near the UNESCO-protected Biogradska Gora National Park.
Hospitality manager Alpha Hotel Management will be responsible for operating the hotel.
