In a move to simplify trip planning for customers, Accor's loyalty programme and booking platform, ALL, has integrated with SNCF Connect, France's leading train travel provider.
The strategic partnership will allow users to seamlessly book both train tickets and hotel stays through the SNCF Connect website and app.
Through ALL.com, travellers can access the network of Accor hotels across brands including ibis, Mama Shelter, Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel.
ALL also offers loyalty programme benefits such as personalised services, exclusive deals and room upgrades.
Users can choose from a range of transportation and accommodation options, potentially promoting more sustainable travel choices.
SNCF Connect users can now find ALL.com hotel recommendations after booking train tickets or by selecting the "More Than Just Trains" option within the app or website.
Mehdi Hemici, Accor chief loyalty and e-commerce officer, said in a statement: “Using innovation and excellence to seamlessly give our customers an ever-greater range of services is a priority for us, and that is why we have leveraged the tech expertise of Gekko, an Accor subsidiary, to create this new reservation platform.
“This collaboration between two online leaders in French tourism enhances ALL’s appeal and reputation while simultaneously enabling us to promote sustainable and responsible practices.”
Julia Etaix, SNCF Connect's technical commercial director, added: “The ability to plan trips from start to finish is the key strength in this collaboration, which offers an additional service that will help users create tailored trips on the SNCF Connect website and app."
The integration strengthens the value proposition of both ALL and SNCF Connect, fostering a stronger connection with travellers seeking a convenient and comprehensive travel booking solution.
