Agilysys, a provider of hospitality software solutions, has acquired Book4Time, a spa management software company.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
This acquisition marks a significant move in the hospitality sector, with Book4Time's cloud-based platform known for streamlining spa operations at hotels and resorts worldwide.
The platform's capabilities include managing appointments, staff, and inventory, while also improving guest experiences and providing comprehensive corporate reporting.
Founded in 2004, Book4Time claims to have established itself as a key player in wellness hospitality, trusted by customers in over 100 countries.
Serent Capital's strategic investment in 2020 played a crucial role in Book4Time's growth and global expansion.
