Aloft Denver Downtown, a part of Marriott International’s brand Aloft Hotels in the US state of Colorado, has reopened after a $3m renovation.

Located in downtown Denver, the hotel targets travellers seeking an affordable stay with a lively social ambience.

The property is managed by Azul Hospitality Group and owned by JBK Hotels.

It offers 140 renovated guestrooms with new mattresses, linens, headboards, 55-inch mounted televisions, in-room steamers and bath amenities.

The lobby has been revamped with a dark grey colour scheme, with furniture featuring accents of yellow, dark magenta and purple.

New 55-inch televisions have been installed above the bar and all social spaces now have new lighting.

It also boasts the Re:charge fitness centre, a WXYZ bar and the Re:mix lounge, which offers music and a game of pool.

Guests can enjoy fresh self-serve snacks along with Aloft’s made-to-order breakfast at the 24/7 market called Re:fuel by Aloft.

It can host events at its meeting and event space, which spans 1,400ft² in area, with the largest venue accommodating up to 90 guests.

The hotel allows pets for an additional fee of $75, with a limit of two pets per room.

It offers both on-site and off-site parking options, including valet parking, which costs $28 per day and $56 overnight.

Located at 800 15th Street, the hotel is a short distance from the Colorado Convention Centre, 16th Street Mall and Colorado State Capitol.

It is approximately 20 miles from the Denver International Airport.

In July 2023, the Aloft Hotels brand also opened a new hotel in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras.
