Amadeus has upgraded its iHotelier Suite, offering a comprehensive set of customisable solutions to transform the hotel tech stack experience.
The suite is designed to foster personalised guest experiences, which in turn can increase revenue, conversion rates, and guest loyalty.
This innovation comes at a time when the hospitality industry is recognising the critical need for personalisation to enhance customer experience and discover new revenue opportunities.
The iHotelier Suite, with its Central Reservations System and Booking Engine, is tailored to assist mid-sized chains and independent hotels in driving more bookings, optimising reservations, and elevating revenue.
Hoteliers have the option to integrate add-on solutions such as Amadeus Web, Metasearch, Guest Management Solutions, or Digital Media, depending on their specific requirements.
Amadeus reports that Flemings Hotels has seen a significant increase in performance metrics by using the iHotelier Suite in conjunction with other Amadeus solutions.
Specifically, the hotel chain experienced a 109% increase in revenue and a 98% increase in return on ad spend, along with enhanced guest loyalty.
The iHotelier Suite is designed to support various hotel goals, whether it's to increase profitable direct bookings, personalise the guest experience to build loyalty or improve visibility in the competitive online market through an omnichannel approach.
Amadeus emphasizes that the suite caters to the diverse needs of the hotel industry, regardless of the size, location, or market segment of the property.
Amadeus' reservation solutions, hotel IT, and hospitality vice president Jose Canelos stated, “As hotels strive to deliver exceptional experiences to their guests, the need for personalisation has become more pronounced than ever before.
"With the iHotelier Suite, we are empowering hotels to extend personalisation not only to their guests but also to their properties, enabling them to create unique, memorable, and revenue-producing experiences that set them apart from the competition.”
The latest announcement comes after Remington Hospitality, a US-based hotel management company, expanded its technology partnership with Amadeus last month.
