APA Hotel, through its fully owned subsidiary APA Hotel USA, has announced the acquisition of the Hilton Seattle, Washington.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
The property, which will continue to be managed by Stonebridge Hospitality Management, is set to be rebranded immediately as Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA.
This full-service hotel has 256 guest rooms, including executive rooms, catering to leisure, business, group, as well as international travellers.
It also features amenities such as Redtrees Restaurant + Bar, 6,000ft² of flexible function space, and a fitness centre.
Among the plans for the property include a lobby refresh and updates to align with the brand standards of Coast Hotels by APA, are expected to be completed by 2025.

The company's international expansion began in 2015, with the acquisition of Coast Hotels Limited in 2016.
Coast Hotels' portfolio now includes more than 40 owned, franchised, and managed properties.
