Armagh City Hotel in Northern Ireland is set to be offered for sale with a guide price of £9m ($11.64m).

Due to commence at the end of this month, the sale process will be facilitated by CBRE Hotels on the instructions of the hotel's owners.

The property is located in Armagh, approximately 45 minutes from Belfast and within one hour and 40 minutes from Dublin.

This 103-bedroom hotel offers a range of room types and a variety of food and beverage options.

It also provides a conference and banqueting facility with the capacity to accommodate up to 1,200 delegates.

The hotel also features a gym, fitness studios, a spa, and a car park with 365 spaces.

Following recent investments, the Armagh City Hotel is poised to upgrade from a three-star to a four-star status.

Adjacent to the Armagh Rugby Club and the County Armagh Golf Club, the hotel's location provides quick access to Armagh Observatory and Planetarium, Navan Centre & Fort, and Armagh County Museum.

CBRE Hotels Ireland head Paul Collins said: “We are delighted to be appointed to offer Armagh City Hotel for sale. This highly profitable hotel and conference business is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thriving business in the heart of the historic city with excellent future development potential.”

Earlier this month, CBRE took on the responsibility of managing the sale of Hilton Prague, on behalf of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC).

Hilton Prague is a 791-room luxury hotel in the Czech Republic.
