PPHE Hotel Group, an international hospitality real estate group specialising in developing, owning and operating hotels and resorts, is set to open its premium lifestyle flagship, art'otel London Hoxton, in March 2024.

This announcement follows the successful debuts of the art'otel brand at Battersea Power Station in London in February 2023 and in Zagreb, Croatia, in October 2023.

The group's development pipeline, valued at more than £300 million, indicates a robust expansion strategy.

Strategic location in London's East End

art'otel London Hoxton, strategically located in the city's iconic East End, aims to become a focal point within the creative community.

Adjacent to the vibrant Shoreditch district, the hotel offers convenient access to key transportation hubs such as City, Liverpool Street and Old Street Stations, the new Elizabeth Line and major airports.

Positioned as a noteworthy addition to London's hospitality landscape, the hotel comprises 357 rooms, including 48 suites. It offers a range of amenities including a destination bar, restaurant with terraces with 360° panoramic views of the city, an art gallery, a ground floor restaurant, a lounge, a cocktail bar, a spa, a gym on the 26th floor, an indoor swimming pool and substantial office and event spaces, including a 60-seat auditorium.

Continued growth in the art'otel portfolio

With the impending opening of art'otel London Hoxton in March 2024 and recent successes in Battersea Power Station and Zagreb, the art'otel brand demonstrates continued growth and expansion.

art'otel Rome is on track to open in the first half of 2024, underscoring the significant opportunities within PPHE Hotel Group's development portfolio.

Key features of art'otel London Hoxton

The flagship art'otel London Hoxton promises a unique experience for guests with its strategic location, contemporary design, and diverse facilities.

As PPHE Hotel Group continues to strengthen its presence in key markets, the opening of art'otel London Hoxton contributes to the group's broader strategy of providing distinctive accommodation and experiences worldwide.
