Avani Hotels & Resorts, part of Minor Hotels, has expanded its European presence with the opening of Avani Frankfurt City Hotel in Germany.
This marks the brand's debut in the country, introducing a property that blends design, function, and the city's electronic music heritage.
The rebranded property is located in Frankfurt's central business district and pays homage to the city's pioneering role in techno music during the 1980s.
Avani Frankfurt City Hotel’s lobby features album covers and vinyl discs from the era, creating a nostalgic setting for guests.
The hotel's shared space features floor-to-ceiling LED screens displaying techno animations.
It also includes five meeting rooms, providing a unique space for various events and accommodating up to 140 delegates.
Avani Frankfurt features 256 guest rooms and suites which are spread across seven floors. Each of the guestrooms is equipped with modern amenities such as a power shower, coffee machine, and a garment steamer.
High-tech gadgets such as Chromecast TV and Bluetooth speakers are also available for guests' entertainment needs.
Dining options at the hotel include a buffet-style restaurant and The Pantry, Avani's signature grab-and-go concept offering fresh snacks and smart cocktails.
The Pantry transforms into a social spot in the evenings, complemented by 24/7 in-room dining services.
For wellness enthusiasts, the hotel provides yoga mats in each room and access to the AvaniFit gym, which features cardio machines, weight stations, steam baths, and a sauna. Guests can also enjoy the nearby River Main for outdoor activities.
Avani Frankfurt City Hotel offers curated experiences in partnership with local creatives, such as a ‘Techno Painting’ workshop and a ‘Silent Techno Walking Tour’ that includes a visit to the Museum of Modern Electronic Music (MOMEM).
Conveniently situated near major transport hubs, the hotel is within a 25-minute drive from the airport and train station.
Guests can easily access world-class museums and the famous Zeil shopping street on foot.
