US hospitality group Blue Water has chosen Mews’s hospitality cloud solution to unify and power its hotel management operations.
Mews Hospitality Cloud will be deployed across Blue Water's portfolio of five hotels to enhance guest experience and optimise internal processes.
Blue Water manages a portfolio of hotels, camping grounds, RV sites and attractions.
Blue Water chief commercial officer Delana Meyer said: “We wanted a PMS [propery management system] capable of scaling with our company's ongoing expansion, and Mews emerged as the definitive choice.
“Mews not only met but surpassed all criteria, from an extensive integration marketplace to delivering a seamless journey for our guests.
“Mews's capabilities have proven superior.
“Our teams were spending too long on manual tasks, and we can’t wait to empower them through Mews’s automation.”
Mews Hospitality Cloud has already been deployed at one of the five Blue Water hotels, with the remaining four hotels scheduled to transition to the platform in the coming weeks.
Mews's deployment team has helped Blue Water create a customised onboarding template, which is claimed to be useful for future deployments as it would provide a standardised and efficient approach for onboarding across the hotel group.
Blue Water regional operations manager Lorrie Miller said: “A major driving factor behind choosing Mews is its ease of use.
“Mews is a singular system that will facilitate seamless training for both current and future staff members.
“This strategic approach aims to establish and maintain a standardised level of excellence across all our Blue Water properties.”
The hospitality group has also been leveraging Mews Terminals and Mews Payments for a fully connected, secure, and integrated payments ecosystem.
Last week, Mews deployed its PMS across more than 100 Strawberry Hotels.
