Bob W is expanding its London presence in the serviced apartment space with three new openings.

The new Bob W Tower Hill Residences, Bob W Olympia and Bob W Holland Park add a further 20,000ft² of serviced apartments to the company’s portfolio.

This expansion closely follows the opening of Bob W St Paul’s in March 2024, marking the launch of four Bob W properties in London in less than two months.

The new properties include a variety of fully-serviced studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses with rooftop terraces.

All of the spaces are equipped with Bob W’s technology which includes a digital front desk, self-service check-in and 24-hour remote customer service.

The brand aims to combine the quality and reliability of a hotel with the comfort of a home.

Bob W CEO and co-founder Niko Karstikko commented: “The European market is experiencing a real surge in demand for serviced apartments as guests look for more personalised, unique and sustainable experiences. This trend shows no sign of slowing down.”

The company currently has a net promoter score of 77. This market research metric measures the loyalty of customers to a company. Bob W also has an average guest rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars across its portfolio.

The brand recently launched its fourth property in Tallinn, Estonia, further strengthening its presence in Europe.
