Bolton White Group selects IDS Next for ERP platform

The Nigerian hospitality group has deployed IDS Next’s FortuneNext 7.0 hotel ERP solution across its three properties.

Hospitality brand Bolton White Group has partnered with technology company IDS Next to enhance service standards across its properties.

According to a press release on HospitalityNet, Bolton White Group has deployed IDS Next’s FortuneNext 7.0 hotel enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution across its three properties in Nigeria.

The properties include Johnwood Hotel, Bolton White Hotel, and Bolton White Hotel Apartments.

Johnwood Hotel is a five-star property with 124 rooms along with meeting facilities.

It also features Smith Bearly Restaurant, pool bar, Brown’s lounge bar, private jacuzzi terrace, spa, swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre.

Meanwhile, Bolton White Hotel has 176 rooms and conference and banqueting facilities accommodating 160 to 200 guests.

FortuneNext 7.0 is an all-in-one ERP solution that allows streamlined operations across all departments of an organisation with its 13 integrated modules.

These modules cover both front and back-office functions.

FortuneNext 7.0 will enhance guest experience and optimise workflows, the technology vendor said.

Bolton White Hotels group general manager Rakesh Hurrychurn said: “You need knowledge, not emotions, to make critical business decisions, and IDS Nest has been very resourceful in setting that standard in terms of service delivery at our properties.”

IDS Next chief revenue officer Rajesh Yadav said: “As a company dedicated to enhancing the hospitality industry standards, IDS Next is a proud tech partner to the Bolton White Group, supporting their mission of service excellence.”

IDS Next currently offers its services to more than 300,000 rooms, 220 hotel chains, 25,000 point-of-sale outlets, as well as over 300 leisure venues worldwide.
