Brittany Hotels, an upscale boutique hospitality company in the Philippines, has chosen Hotelogix's cloud-based technology to centralise operations across its properties.
The adoption of Hotelogix's multi-property management system is aimed at enhancing group-wide operations with a unified approach, according to a press release available on Hospitality Net.
All three properties of Brittany Hotels are now operating on the Hotelogix platform.
Before the transition, Brittany Hotels utilised a system that fell short of providing efficient control over its processes.
The company sought a cloud hotel property management system (PMS) to address its full-service needs and achieve a comprehensive centralisation of operations.
Brittany Hotels corporate general manager Louie Pena said: “Reasons for adopting Hotelogix are many. It has multi-property management capabilities, best suited for us to centrally oversee group-wide operations. Their newly released version, 2.5, is extremely user-friendly.
“We were impressed with the speed at which they migrated all data from the old system, trained our staff and made our properties live.”
Hotelogix has also provided Brittany Hotels with its Mobile Hotel PMS App, allowing the group to manage operations and access central-level reports while on the move.
To meet Brittany Hotels' additional operational needs, Hotelogix has integrated its Hotel PMS with other third-party solutions.
The announcement comes several months after Hotelogix secured the status as one of the leading cloud-based property management system users for hotels in the Philippines.
This milestone was part of the Global Comfort Group Corporation's successful onboarding of 57 properties with 7,437 rooms.
Last month, UAE-based hospitality management company Royal Crown Group transitioned to Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system to modernise its operations and prepare for the growth of its portfolio.
