BWH Hotels has announced the signing of a new 120-room Aiden SCQ hotel in Western Australia, as reported by Travel Daily.
This six-storey hotel will join the already-existing Aiden Darling Harbour, which opened in 2022.
Located in the West Perth suburb, the hotel will be a part of precinct Sydney Charles Quarter, built by APPL Group.
This upper mid-scale hotel will feature 80 hotel rooms and 40 apartments with balcony access.
It will also boast a rooftop bar and restaurant, an outdoor event lawn and pool with a lounge area and conference and event areas.

The hotel brand will collaborate with Mandala Hospitality Group to oversee the operations and property management of the new hotel.
Mandala Hospitality Group will provide a wide range of hotel services to ensure efficient operations.
The services will include operational management, housekeeping, human resources, front office staff, guest services and property maintenance.
The hotel will be built on the former site of City Motors, with its design honouring the area's automotive and cultural histories.
The guest rooms, reception and foyer will feature sculptures, murals and paintings to celebrate the local history.
Aiden, the lifestyle boutique brand, aims to provide a city hotel experience by offering affordable luxury and a boutique atmosphere.
Situated within Perth’s Pickle District, the hotel will be within walking distance of Northbridge, the central business district and Leederville.
The interconnected urban village's construction will begin in mid-2024 and is expected to be finished by mid-2026.
The Aiden brand has 14 properties located across the US, South Korea, France, Germany, Austria and Italy and recently opened 30 Aiden properties in Scandinavia.
