Cendyn and SiteMinder have formed a partnership to enhance their revenue management capabilities, benefiting over 70,000 hotels.
Cendyn is a technology service provider for the hospitality industry, while SiteMinder is a software platform that helps hotels maximise their revenue.
This partnership will provide Cendyn’s customers access to SiteMinder’s revenue platform alongside Cendyn's central reservations system.
The revenue platform will enable Cendyn’s customers to manage rate plans and inventory efficiently.
Customers can also tap into SiteMinder's distribution channels for a diverse mix of revenue streams, accelerating speed-to-market.
Meanwhile, SiteMinder’s hotel customers will benefit from improved features and insights derived from Cendyn’s hotel performance data.

In 2018, Cendyn and SiteMinder first formed a partnership upon the launch of SiteMinder Exchange.
This platform allows hotel data to be shared between property management systems and hotel applications, such as Cendyn's customer relationship management.
Currently, Cendyn caters to tens of thousands of clients spanning 143 countries.
