Launched in 2020, Everhome Suites stands out as the industry's first new-construction midscale extended stay offering in almost a decade. These forthcoming properties, developed in collaboration with HighSide Companies, are strategically located in key markets.

Strategic partnership fuelling growth
Collaborating with HighSide Companies, Choice Hotels is making strides in its development efforts. HighSide, with eight ongoing projects and plans for more Everhome Suites across the US by 2024, highlights the success of the partnership.

Choice’s announcement follows the ground-breaking of a new extended-stay hotel, Everhome Suites Cheyenne, in Wyoming in December 2023.
