Choice Hotels International Inc is expanding its presence in the extended stay hotel segment with the construction of Everhome Suites Bozeman in the US state of Montana, set to open in the summer of 2024.

The four-story property, consisting of 113 rooms, is being developed by Mitchell Development Group.

Everhome Suites, introduced in 2020 as the industry's first new-construction midscale extended stay offering in nearly a decade, aims to provide guests with an adaptable living and working environment during extended stays.

Located at 959 South Fowler Ave, Bozeman, MT, the hotel will offer apartment-style rooms with distinct work and relaxation areas, as well as customisable features.

Everhome Suites Bozeman will offer a range of amenities, including fully equipped kitchens with full-sized appliances, spa-style bathrooms, ample storage options, free Wi-Fi, pet-friendly accommodation, weekly housekeeping and select premium one-bedroom suites with in-room washer and dryer.

The hotel will feature contemporary multipurpose lobby areas, a 24/7 self-serve Homebase Market, a fitness centre and guest laundry facilities.
