Hospitality technology provider Cloudbeds has launched Cloudbeds Insights, a business intelligence (BI) solution tailored for the hotel industry.
This in-house developed tool is integrated within the Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS), aiming to offer users direct access to data and increased flexibility.
Cloudbeds Insights is designed to simplify data analysis for hoteliers, providing real-time insights that can improve decision-making processes and save time across various departments.
These departments include revenue management, operations, and back-office staff.
The BI tool is intended to help hotels boost their performance metrics such as Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and prepare for operational demands.
The new solution offers hoteliers the ability to evaluate multi-property performance, construct custom reports, and develop engaging visuals and dashboards.
It also facilitates collaboration through subscriptions and exports.
With Cloudbeds Insights, properties can examine their data from different perspectives without the need to export or manually merge information.
The BI solution also includes an API for custom analytics, enabling hoteliers to integrate data with their preferred software solutions.
