Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL)’s flagship brand Club Mahindra has partnered with Megalodon to integrate AI into its marketing strategies.
Megalodon is an India-based marketing communications company.
This collaboration is aimed at redefining Club Mahindra’s creative output and marketing reach.
The brand looks to use AI to provide personalised experiences for its members in the digital domain.
The focus of this alliance will be on creating AI-based creative assets including both static and video content designed to forge a stronger connection with consumers.
These AI-powered creatives are noted to have enhanced the digital presence of the brand.
Megalodon founder Rashi Agarwal said: “Collaborating with Club Mahindra allows us to showcase the transformative potential of AI in the hospitality industry.
“We are excited to bring our innovative solutions to such a respected brand and look forward to achieving remarkable outcomes together.”
Megalodon co-founder and chief creative officer Sahid SK said: “AI is revolutionising the way brands connect with their audiences. Through this partnership, we aim to set new benchmarks in customer interaction and satisfaction within the travel sector.
“Our AI-driven creatives are designed to captivate and engage, creating unforgettable experiences for Club Mahindra’s members.”
In February, Press Trust of India reported that MHRIL will spend up to Rs45bn ($542.8m) over the next three to four years to increase its total room count to 10,000.
This will be carried out by forming alliances with state governments, setting up new resorts, undertaking brownfield expansions, and making acquisitions.
Club Mahindra currently has more than 281,000 members, who are offered holiday experiences in over 125 resorts.
