Hotel franchise chain Cobblestone Hotels has formed an alliance with Stayntouch, a cloud-based hotel property management systems (PMS) provider.

This collaboration has resulted in the deployment of Stayntouch's cloud PMS across Cobblestone's portfolio, which spans more than 140 properties across 29 states in the US.

This partnership equips Cobblestone Hotels with a modern cloud PMS that promises 100% uptime.

This technology is set to streamline operations and facilitate rapid deployment across Cobblestone's multiple properties.

The PMS offers a comprehensive feature set, including multi-property functionality, which aims to enhance operational efficiency by 70%.

It also expedites the setup of new properties by using template configurations. 

It offers centralised control and enables chain-wide standardisation, which enhances operational efficiency, as well as saves time and resources for the hotel chain.  

The integrated rate strategy module within the Stayntouch PMS optimises revenue and occupancy, eliminating the need for a separate revenue management system (RMS) or manual oversight.

Cobblestone Hotels will now have access to a full suite of Stayntouch products, which are said to boost revenue and support technological scalability.

In August, Otelier integrated with Stayntouch to enable hoteliers to import detailed reservations, guest profiles, and financial transaction data from Stayntouch into Otelier’s business intelligence software, IntelliSight.
