Collective Retreats, a US-based experiential outdoor hospitality provider, has launched The Conservatory, a curation of ‘design-forward’ hotels aimed at nature enthusiasts.

Claimed to be the first of its kind, The Conservatory offers a portfolio of properties that are nature-based, designed artfully to showcase the locations' culture, environment, and history, and intended to foster connection.

Among the first partners tied up with The Conservatory include Casa MUSA, Casa To, GrayBarns, Hill Farm by Sagra, hinter, Kokos Huis, Piaule, and The Malin.

The 24-key Piaule is a hotel and spa located in New York's Catskill mountains. It features luxury cabins floating above the forest floor, a spa and a restaurant.

Casa MUSA offers a five-bedroom villa, pool, and luxury safari tents located between palms and coast on a mile of tropical beachfront that is uninhabited.

Casa TO is claimed to be an architectural oasis located in the midst of Puerto Escondido's surfing capital and offers green views and a vibrant local scene.

A historical textile mill that has been reimagined, GrayBarns features a six-bedroom inn, tavern, barn located along the Silvermine River in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Hinter offers modern cabins amongst the Quebec forests. These cabins blend where Nordic and Japanese design elements in contemporary and climate-positive spaces that promote a slow living lifestyle.

Hill Farm by Sagra offers a boutique inn and private cottages in the Equinox Mountain Valley in Vermont, drawing inspiration from the tradition of farmers hosting guests at olive oil farms and wineries.

A two century-old farmhouse-turned-hotel, Kokos Huis is located in the heart of South Africa's wine country, Riebeek Kasteel. It has been renovated thoughtfully by local artisans.

The Malin is a coworking brand partner providing work-focused member clubs for professionals to work with low distraction from several locations in New York City and Nashville.

Collective Retreats founder and CEO Peter Mack said: "As passionate leaders in the outdoor hospitality industry, we celebrate like-minded visionaries who deliver memorable experiences in extraordinary settings.

"The Conservatory is a collective where design-driven hotels connect people to nature and to each other."
