Commonwealth Hotels and Corporex have opened their latest venture, the Residence Inn Kenwood in Cincinnati, US.
Situated at 7951 Kenwood Road, the property was inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community members and local dignitaries.
Residence Inn Kenwood general manager Trina Wright said: “We are thrilled to open our doors and welcome guests to the Residence Inn Kenwood.
“Our team is dedicated to providing a home away from home for our guests, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Kenwood.”
The newly opened hotel features suites with kitchens.
Other amenities provided at the property include complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, and a grocery delivery service.
The hotel provides guests easy access to local landmarks such as the Kenwood Towne Centre, and the Cincinnati Zoo.
Residence Inn by Marriott currently has more than 850 properties across more than 15 countries and territories.
In June this year, Commonwealth Hotels announced the completion of a renovation project at The Hampton Inn Louisville Airport.
The $6.2m refurbishment saw upgrades to both the interior and exterior of the hotel.
Commonwealth Hotels' portfolio includes a range of properties, including the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Southeast/Hammond, Hyatt Place Portland Maine - Old Port, and Hampton Inn & Suites Minot, among others.
