US-based LBA Hospitality has concluded a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior of the Courtyard by Marriott Lakeland hotel in Florida, US.
The three-storey property is managed by LBA Hospitality and owned by Flynn Holdings.
This overhaul refreshed the furniture, as well as finishes across the hotel’s 78 guestrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
The guestroom upgrades include new carpeting, wall coverings, artwork, and draperies.
Signature elements of the guestrooms including a workspace, free Wi-Fi, along with latest in-room entertainment technology also remain available.
The hotel features a 24-hour market and Bistro restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner options along with a list of beverages.
Other amenities at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness centre, and two event rooms spanning 1,053ft².
The hotel provides guests access to nearby locations such as Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, LEGOLAND, RP Funding Centre, and more.
LBA Hospitality president Beau Benton said: “We have the pleasure of managing the Courtyard by Marriott Lakeland, and our goal is to provide guests with a comfortable atmosphere while on the road.
“We are extremely happy with the completed project; the up-to-date décor will provide our guests with a comfortable and productive place to stay.”
