Cross Hotels & Resorts has entered a hotel management agreement (HMA) with Yutthaporn Development in Bangkok.

The agreement covers two hotels, Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin and Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin, which aim to serve both business and leisure travellers as well as those looking for longer stays.

Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin offers 221 rooms, eight creative spaces for meetings, an outdoor pool, a health club, a spa, and a dining venue.

Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin provides 64 suites, ranging from 78m² to 112m², designed for extended stays with private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and various amenities.

Both properties are situated close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the new MRT Yellow Line monorail.

The MRT Suan Luang Rama 9 monorail station is located adjacent to Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin.

Cross Hotels & Resorts CEO Harry Thaliwal said: “This agreement for Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin and Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin aligns perfectly with our vision to expand our footprint in key markets. We are excited to bring our unique hospitality offerings to the dynamic district of Srinakarin, enhancing guest experiences and delivering exceptional value to both parties.”

Yutthaporn Development managing director Praveen Punyasakulwong said: “We chose Cross Hotels & Resorts for their proven excellence in hospitality management. This collaboration is set to elevate our offerings and drive significant growth. As the go-to hotel management operator in APAC for innovative alternatives to global chains, we anticipate a prosperous future and many opportunities from this partnership.”

In June, the company announced another HMA with PT Yetosa Pratama Sukses (Puri Group) for Cross Batam Antapura, which is slated to open in 2027 on Batam Island, Indonesia.

Cross Hotels & Resorts currently operates 28 hotels across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan under six brands.
