The Crowne Plaza Felbridge Hotel in Gatwick, London, UK, has been put up for sale, which is being facilitated by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.

The hotel features 116 en-suite bedrooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and more, catering to commuters and corporate guests.

It has dining options comprising The Bay Tree Restaurant and Qube Bar, which serves hot and cold beverages, bar snacks, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner options alongside cocktails and more.

The property also offers 26,511ft² of function and meeting facilities spread across eight venues for both corporate events and private functions.

Other amenities provided at the hotel include Chakra spa, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and more.

Located just off the A22 near East Grinstead, the hotel offers connectivity to central London, Brighton, and Gatwick Airport.

It is also situated near attractions such as Hever Castle and Chessington World of Adventures, and more.

Christie & Co hotel director Craig Millward said: “This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-performing hotel with excellent links to London and Gatwick Airport.

“The property is available on a freehold basis and clear of current management, thereby offering a number of options for the operation of the business and value enhancement opportunities.”

This announcement comes just after, Christie & Co was appointed to market The Glencarse Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, earlier this month.

The family-run property has been in operation for 11 years and dates back to the 18th century.
