Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has partnered with eTip, a digital tipping and financial benefits platform, to enhance operational efficiency and customer loyalty for its member hotels.

The collaboration will focus on offering digital financial benefits to property team members and streamline the tipping process.

Curator Hotel Programme Development vice president Brent Hayhurst said: “At Curator, we focus on optimising operations and driving revenue growth for our member hotels. We are excited to provide our member hotels with eTip as a new digital tipping solution under our preferred programme.

“This collaboration will further promote the growing adoption of digital tipping operations across our member properties.”

eTip is said to digitise cash-based tasks and consolidate tipping processes, using technology to support the livelihoods of individuals and businesses reliant on gratuities.

Brent Hayhurst stated that eTip is expected to streamline gratuity process and foster an enhanced work environment for the team.

It is anticipated to offer a white-labelled, app-less, seamless guest experience and a fully compliant and secure method to track and deliver tips to team members.

eTip co-founder Robert Petteruti said: “We’re thrilled to partner with a truly value-driven organisation like Curator which takes great pride in providing its members with access to the most innovative and robust hospitality offerings with a focus on compliance and security.”

The latest partnership follows the addition of two properties to Curator Hotel & Resort Collection’s portfolio in the US in April this year.

These include the Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan.
