Cycas Hospitality has signed a management agreement in its debut partnership with Ennismore to operate the 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in France.
This move takes Cycas Hospitality's portfolio in France to a total of ten hotels with over 1,500 rooms.
Cycas Hospitality will manage the hotel on behalf of owner Vertiq Capital.
Cycas Hospitality CEO Matt Luscombe said: "The Terminus Nord Hotel has been part of the area’s story since 1865; almost 5 years ago, it was renovated into a quirky and elaborate 25hours Hotel. The entire Cycas team is proud and excited to help write the next chapter in this unique property’s history.
"The hotel’s commitment to celebrating the surrounding area’s vibrant community makes this property incredibly exciting for guests and our team alike."
Located in Paris, next to Gare du Nord in the 10th arrondissement, the hotel was constructed in the 1830s.
It has 237 rooms and three meeting venues with décor inspired by the diverse communities around Europe’s busiest train station.
The dining option at the hotel features the NENI restaurant, which serves Israeli-Mediterranean fusion cuisine.
Guests can also enjoy a selection of hand-crafted cocktails at Sape Bar, which also hosts weekend DJ nights.
Additionally, this upscale lifestyle hotel provides easy access to the city’s attractions, restaurants and bars around Canal St. Martin.
Luscombe added: “With the 2024 Olympics around the corner and a real sense of optimism for the city’s continued appeal amongst international audiences, I’m delighted to add this truly outstanding property to our portfolio of hotels across key European destinations."
Currently, Cycas Hospitality manages over 50 hotels in 12 countries, including three European properties with Ennismore partner Accor: ibis Bridgwater, ibis Styles Copenhagen and greet Darmstadt.
Ennismore is a lifestyle hospitality company with a global collection of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands and in July 2023, it signed a deal to launch its first lifestyle hotel, Hyde Bodrum, Türkiye.
