Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to add 15 new hotels and 1,200 keys in India next year, with ten of them already in the pipeline.

The announcement was made at the seventh annual GM Conclave in Cygnett Style Jaipur, themed ‘Aggrandize Hospitality Cygnett Horizons 2024’.

This growth is said to be in line with the company's vision of innovation and cultural transformation.

The properties, set to open soon, include the 60-key Cozzet Mahad in Mahad of Maharashtra, and the 45-key Cygnett Inn Airport in Jaipur of Rajasthan.

Cygnett Hotels and Resorts plans to operate over 40 hotels by this year.

The company’s Sustainable Plan 2025 outlines eco-friendly initiatives such as energy-efficient technologies, water conservation, waste management, and upgraded transportation facilities.

These initiatives are designed to meet global sustainability standards and demonstrate the company's commitment to responsible hospitality practices.

Technology and digital transformation were also discussed at the conclave.

Cygnett emphasised the role of AI in improving guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Cygnett Hotels & Resorts chief technology officer Shyam Bhethanabotla said: “AI algorithms will empower staff and improve guest interactions through voice recognition and translation, offering personalised recommendations and experiences.

“Integrating AI would transform business operations while maintaining a blend of technology and tradition.”

The company is preparing to launch a mobile app for reservations and a CRM system to enhance guest management.

Furthermore, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts announced the integration of learning management (Cygnett LMS & Cygnett HRMS) and HR management systems.

This is intended to enhance employee engagement and skill development.

Besides, Cygnett plans to recruit more than 1,000 hospitality professionals.

Last year, the company announced the signing of its first property in Sonipat, in the Indian state of Haryana.
