Rental housing provider Dash Living has announced the opening of the fourth en bloc, Dash Living Rochor, in Singapore.

This co-living hotel is scheduled to open this month and is expected to provide contemporary living in the city centre.

Dash Living Rochor is located close to restaurants, shopping outlets and popular attractions, such as the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, Tan Teng Niah and Tekka Centre. It is a few minutes away from the Little India MRT station and roughly a 20-minute drive from Changi Airport.

The three-storey shophouse includes 68 rooms, with five room categories of varying sizes. A social lounge, an alfresco communal kitchen with a dining space and a self-service launderette are among the shared amenities.

The opening of Dash Living Rochor in Singapore follows the latest launch of Dash Living on Prat in Hong Kong in the first quarter of 2023. It also joins the current collection within a 1km radius, including the newly opened Dash Living on Kinta and Dash Living on Mackenzie.
