Delano Hotels, a part of hospitality company Ennismore, has unveiled plans to launch Delano Dubai at Bluewaters, a destination by Dubai Holding in the UAE.
This announcement follows a previous agreement between Ennismore, Banyan Tree Group, and Dubai Holding, to open the Banyan Tree Dubai resort at Bluewaters, last year.
Scheduled to open in October, Delano Dubai will join the existing Maison Delano Paris, which opened its doors last year, and Delano Miami Beach.
The new hotel will offer 167 guest rooms and 84 suites, including a five-bedroom penthouse.
The interiors of Delano Dubai have been designed by a collaboration of design studios Elastic Architects, SA Consultants, LaBottega and Y Design.
Each guestroom will feature a tonal colour scheme, a private balcony or terrace and a marble bathroom.
The suites will include one or two bedrooms, living and dining areas, and a selection of private outdoor spaces such as terraces, gardens, and pools.
Delano Penthouse at the hotel will occupy the entire seventh floor, offering a private elevator entrance, an infinity swimming pool, and two terraces.
The property will have three dining venues, Tutto Passa, an Italian restaurant with a terrace, the Blue Door restaurant, and the Rose Bar.
In addition, Ennismore has signed a new property named The Hoxton, Oslo, with AB Invest and Møller Eiendom.
Expected to open in 2027, the property marks the brand's first hotel in the Norwegian hospitality landscape.
The property will have 144 rooms, three food and beverage outlets and a 170m² meetings and events space, called The Apartment.
This month, Ennismore announced a partnership with Our Habitas, a hospitality brand founded by entrepreneur Oliver Ripley in 2016.
