DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando adopts ROH revenue management platform

The latest move aims to improve the resort's cross-departmental visibility and payment collection processes.

DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld in Florida, US has partnered with ROH, a specialised payments and revenue management platform for the hospitality sector, to enhance visibility within its sales and finance departments.

This collaboration is part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts' broader enterprise relationship with ROH.

Crescent is a hotel management company that operates hotels under various brands, including Hilton. 

DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld is a resort destination offering a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities across its 28-acre property.

The resort is known for its family-friendly activities, a range of on-site dining options, and extensive indoor and outdoor event spaces. 

ROH's platform is said to provide standardised property views, instant reconciliation, performance tracking, and auto-charging capabilities.

These features enable sales, finance, and service managers at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld to access critical information, manage payments, and track bookings more effectively.

The resort's dedicated team of professionals utilises these tools to efficiently organise events each week.

ROH CEO and Founder Jess Conroy said: “We speak with countless properties each week that are solving a tech problem with high-cost personnel. Yet revenue, cost management and labour are deeply entwined on properties’ path to growth and increased profits.

ROH's suite of workflow automation solutions includes payment processing, accounts receivable and accounting management, booking documentation, and data and insights.

The platform's centralised back-office suite is designed to revolutionise property efficiency and empower team members to collaborate seamlessly.

Last month, Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center in Texas selected ROH to improve productivity across departments.
