Hospitality management company Dreamscape Hospitality is set to manage Sheraton Denver West Hotel in Colorado, No Vacancy reported. 

The property is located at 360 Union Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. 

Sheraton Denver West Hotel offers 242 guest rooms and suites as well as 18,000ft² of meeting and event space.  

In addition, guests will have access to amenities including a fitness centre and an indoor heated pool. 

The hotel is located at the gateway to the Rocky Mountains and is close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Coors Brewery, and other local attractions. 

It is in line with Dreamscape’s plan to invest in markets which has strong growth potential.

With the appointment of Dreamscape Hospitality, Sheraton Denver West Hotel will soon undergo a multi-million-dollar renovation. 

This project will revitalise all guest rooms, meeting areas, public spaces as well as the restaurant. 

In May 2024, Dreamscape Hospitality appointed Adam Patenaude as its new president.  

Prior to joining the company, Patenaude served as the senior vice president of operation at Aimbridge Hospitality. 

Dreamscape also appointed Ron Phifer as vice president of business development in June this year.
