Dukley Hotels & Resort in Budva, Montenegro, has partnered with smart hospitality solutions provider Hudini to launch a customised mobile application aimed at enhancing guest experiences.
The app hospitality initiative allows the five-star resort to offer seamless and efficient services to guests both on and off the premises.
The mobile application features a range of functionalities designed to cater to guests' needs throughout their stay.
These include online check-in and check-out, in-room dining with dietary options, housekeeping requests, restaurant reservations, and a comprehensive hotel compendium that provides tailored hotel information and offers based on a guest's profile.
In addition, the app grants guests access to off-site information, including activities and destination details of the surrounding Budva Riviera.
