Duve has announced the acquisition of Easyway, a guest messaging platform featuring AI Agents based on generative AI.
This move is expected to combine the companies’ aim to enhance global guest experiences and harness generative AI opportunities.
Founded in 2017, Easyway has offered its services across Europe and Asia.
The company has developed an advanced AI-Agent platform for guest journey management.
The platform has been adopted by several hotels and chains.
The integration of Easyway's generative AI technology with Duve's personalisation and segmentation capabilities is expected to transform hotelier-guest communication.
The goal is to elevate guest satisfaction and assist hospitality experts in overcoming labour shortages.
Duve CEO and co-founder David Mezuman said: “Integrating Easyway's generative AI expertise with our true end-to-end personalised guest management platform will immensely enhance our capabilities and service offerings to all of our existing and future customers.”
Easyway COO and co-founder Yaniv Holzer said: “Joining forces with Duve represents a significant moment in Easyway's journey. Our shared vision of harnessing AI to redefine guest experience aligns perfectly, and together, we’re setting new benchmarks in the hospitality industry.
“We're excited to integrate our strengths with Duve's expertise, creating a powerhouse in hotel technology that will continue to lead and innovate.”
The companies have not disclosed the financial details of the deal.
Duve was founded in 2016 and offers a personalised guest experience suite.
It assists hoteliers in crafting a customised, digital, and AI-driven journey for each guest, covering online check-in flows, a web-based guest app with content in the guest's language, and more.
